摘要
针对阳极板砷、锑等杂质较高的生产问题,采用传统火法精炼方法不能有效去除.技术人员结合生产实践,在阳极炉操作过程进行工艺优化,调整Na2CO3加入方式及添加量,使阳极板中w(As)<0.2%、w(Sb)<0.15%,化学指标满足电解需求.
Abstract
In response to the high impurity copper ore powder containing arsenic and antimony,the crude copper produced by traditional pyrometallurgical refining cannot effectively remove impurities such as arsenic and antimony.Based on production practice,technicians adjust the addition method and amount of alkaline sodium carbonate to make the w(As)<0.2%,w(Sb)<0.15%,and the chemical indicators meet the electrolysis requirements.
