摘要
针对薄规格超薄锌层镀锌铝镁带钢生产的技术要点和难点,深入分析带钢表面常见的横向锌层不均、锌灰和黑点等常见缺陷的产生原因,通过采取针对性的控制方法,得到了一种表面状态良好的薄规格超薄锌层镀锌铝镁产品.
Abstract
This paper introduces the key points and difficulties in the production technology of ultra-thin zinc-coated aluminum-magnesium strip steel.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of common defects such as uneven transverse zinc layer,zinc ash,and black spots on the surface of strip steel,a thin specification ultra-thin zinc coated aluminum magnesium product with good surface condition was obtained by adopting targeted control methods.
