唐山中厚板公司在公司现有物料条件下,兼顾炼钢与炼铁成本、环保和生产实际情况等因素,在烧结过程中配加不同比例的转炉钢渣,并对烧结成本、高炉铁水成分及后续炼钢成本的影响进行分析,确定了满足公司铁水的w(P)上限要求时烧结配加转炉钢渣的最佳配加比例,为继续优化烧结及高炉配矿结构、找寻成本与成分的最优平衡提供实践经验.
Discussion on Feasibility of Adding Converter Steel Slag to Sintering System
Tangshan Medium Thick Plate Company,under the existing material conditions of the company,takes into account factors such as steelmaking and ironmaking costs,environmental protection,and actual production situation.Different proportions of converter steel slag are added during the sintering process,and the influence of sintering cost,blast furnace iron composition,and subsequent steelmaking cost is analyzed.The optimal proportion of converter steel slag added during sintering is determined to meet the w(P)upper limit requirement of the company's iron.In the future,it will continue to optimize the sintering and blast furnace ore blending structure,find the optimal balance between cost and composition,and provide practical experience.
