转炉冶炼采用微碳锰铁、硫铁进行合金化,硅铁及高铝铝锰铁进行脱氧控制,炉后精炼控制渣碱度为不小于1.6,钢水中自由氧含量(质量分数)控制在≤0.006 0%,w(S)控制范围0.30%~0.35%,连铸全水冷却生产,全程保护浇铸、采用结晶器电磁搅拌和末端电磁电搅工艺,轧制工艺加热炉均热段温度≥1 180 ℃,吐丝温度≤900℃,晶粒度9±0.5级,钢材切削物为C型,切削性能良好,加工产品表面光洁度良好,满足下游客户的使用需求.
Abstract
Converter smelting uses micro carbon manganese iron and sulfur iron for alloying,and ferrosilicon and high aluminum manganese iron for deoxidation control.After furnace refining,the slag alkalinity is controlled to be≥1.6,the free oxygen content(mass fraction)in the molten steel is controlled to be≤0.006 0%,and the w(S)control range is 0.30%~0.35%.Continuous casting is fully water-cooled for production,and the casting is protected throughout the process.Crystallizer electromagnetic stirring and end electromagnetic electric stirring processes are used.The rolling process heats up the furnace at a temperature of ≥ 1 180 ℃,the wire feeding temperature is≤900 ℃,the grain size is 9±0.5 level,the steel cutting material is C-shaped,the cutting performance is good,and the surface smoothness of the processed product is good,meeting the needs of downstream customers.
