切分轧制过程中控轧控冷技术的优化研究

为了解决预切分轧件控轧冷却均匀性差、产品性能离散分布偏差大,以Φ12 mm带肋钢筋切分为研究对象,通过孔型设计优化、温度均匀性改善优化、钢筋横肋充满度优化等实现了对钢筋控轧控冷技术的升级.根据实际应用表明,在优化后能够使Φ12 mm带肋钢筋的标准差从8.97降低到3.78,产品生产过程中的负偏差率则可以从最初的4.12%提升到4.81%,极大地提升了产品的成材率和产品质量.
Optimization Research on Controlled Rolling and Controlled Cooling Technology in the Cutting and Rolling Process
In order to solve the problems of poor uniformity of controlled rolling cooling and large deviation in product performance distribution of pre cut rolled pieces,the study focuses on the cutting of Φ12 mm ribbed steel bars.Through hole design optimization,temperature uniformity improvement optimization,and steel bar transverse rib filling optimization,the technology of controlled rolling and controlled cooling of steel bars has been upgraded.According to practical applications,after optimization,the standard deviation of Φ12 mm ribbed steel bars can be reduced from 8.97 to 3.78,and the negative deviation rate in the product production process can be increased from the initial 4.12%to 4.81%,greatly improving the yield and quality of the product.
