Renovation and Application of Intelligent Design for Finished Steel Coil Warehouse
This paper focuses on the intelligent design renovation project for the finished steel coil warehouse of a certain steel enterprise.By thoroughly analyzing the existing issues in the warehouse and its management system,a comprehensive intelligent renovation plan is proposed.This plan integrates various hardware and software systems,including unmanned crane control,anti-sway positioning technology,crane wireless communication system,3D scanning system,warehouse safety management system,and WMS intelligent warehouse management system.After the renovation,the entire process from steel coil entry,storage,to loading is realized through unmanned operation and intelligent management.The results show that the intelligent renovation significantly improves the informatization and intelligence level of warehouse management,enhances overall production and logistics efficiency,and strengthens safety management,indicating broad application prospects.
