The raw material yard of the ironworks utilizes advanced technologies such as wireless communication,5G,Gray bus positioning,3D scanning,and video signal intelligent analysis to achieve unmanned operation of the stacker reclaimer,establishing a fully automated"one click"intelligent control mode for the entire process of finding the source.After the intelligent transformation of the material factory,the stacker can intelligently recognize the height of the material pile,complete automatic stacking and retrieval,greatly improve operational efficiency and personnel efficiency,eliminate a"painful,dirty,and tiring""3D"job position,and completely solve the risk of single person operation for drivers.
