一种钢坯智能补温装置的研发

在轧钢生产线上,钢坯温度的高低不仅影响轧钢设备的承栽负荷和使用寿命,也影响轧制钢材的质量,更影响轧制生产过程的稳定性.同时,在轧钢过程中,钢坯头部在轧制时会发生"炸头"现象.为实现轧制稳定生产,具体分析"炸头"现象产生原因,认为钢坯头部温度的内外差异为主要影响因素.为避免此现象的发生,提出了一种钢坯智能补温装置,应用结果表明,该装置可有效杜绝钢坯头部因外表温度低、温度不均而产生的"炸头"现象.
Research and Development of an Intelligent Reheating Device for Steel Billets
In the steel rolling production line,the temperature of the steel billet not only affects the load-bearing capacity and service life of the rolling equipment,but also affects the quality of the rolled steel and the stability of the rolling production process.At the same time,during the rolling process,the head of the steel billet may experience a"head explosion"phenomenon.To achieve stable rolling production,the specific analysis of the causes of the"explosion head"phenomenon suggests that the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the steel billet head is the main influencing factor.To avoid this phenomenon,an intelligent reheating device for steel billets has been proposed.The application results show that the device can effectively prevent the"explosion head"phenomenon caused by low and uneven surface temperature of the steel billet head.
