转炉炼钢流程成本控制专家系统研究

转炉炼钢流程冶炼过程长线复杂,在进行成本核算时,各个工序的冶炼成本难以及时反馈更新,给成本的实时计算带来困难.通过对BOF-LF-VD生产流程进行集成化研究,结合成本控制模型以及工艺优化的实际操作,基于C/S的软件体系结构建立综合转炉炼钢流程成本控制专家系统.专家系统建立炼钢成本控制与工艺优化的主界面,通过调整生产参数进行工艺的实时优化;建立转炉、LF炉以及VD炉的终点温度的控制模块,对炼钢终点进行实时预测和控制;建立LF炉合金优化配料控制系统,实时记录LF炉冶炼过程合金元素收得率;建立成本控制与优化模块,对生产成本进行实时预测及监控.系统在线运行结果表明,转炉工序和LF炉工序成本分别降低15.6元/t和12.4元/t,总平均成本降低28.0元/t,有效解决了转炉炼钢流程的成本控制问题,提高了经济效益.
Research on Cost Control Expert System for Converter Steelmaking Process
The long smelting process of converter steelmaking process is complicated,and it is difficult to update the smelting cost of each process in time,which brings difficulties to real-time cost calculation.In this study,the cost control expert system of integrated converter steelmaking process is established based on C/S software architecture through the integration research of the BOF-LF-VD production process,combined with the cost control model and the actual operation of process optimization.The expert system establishes the main interface of steelmaking cost control and process optimization,optimizes the process in real time by adjusting production parameters,establishes the control module of the end temperature of converter,LF and VD furnaces,forecasts and controls the end point of steelmaking in real time,establishes the optimized dosage control system of LF furnace alloys,and records the yield of alloying elements in the smelting process of LF furnace in real time.Establish cost control and optimization module to forecast and monitor production cost in real time.The online operation results show that the cost of converter process and LF process is reduced by 15.6 yuan/t and 12.4 yuan/t respectively,and the total average cost is reduced by 28.0 yuan/t,which effectively solves the cost control problem of converter steelmaking process and improves economic benefits.
