湿法冶金重金属废水净化处理技术研究

为实现对重金属废水的水质净化,提高污水处理效果,在考虑环保理念下,开展湿法冶金重金属废水净化处理技术的研究.在此过程中,布置湿法冶金重金属废水处理装置;根据捕收剂作用方式,进行浮选剂中捕收剂与起泡剂用量的设计;在布置的废水处理装置进水口通过添加硫化物、氢氧化物等沉淀剂,设计基于浮选法的原水重金属离子沉淀与净化处理.对比实验结果表明:应用设计的方法进行处理后的废水中污染物含量可以达到排放标准限值,即达到净化处理,满足实际应用需求.
Purification and Treatment Technology for Heavy Metal Wastewater in Wet Metallurgy Considering Environmental Protection Concepts
In order to achieve water quality purification of heavy metal wastewater and improve sewage treatment effificiency,research on wet metallurgical heavy metal wastewater purification technology is carried out under the consideration of environmental protection concept.During this process,install a heavy metal wastewater treatment device for wet metallurgy.Design the dosage of collector and foaming agent in flotation agent based on the mode of action of the collector.Design a flotation based method for heavy metal ion precipitation and purification treatment of raw water by adding precipitants such as sulfides and hydroxides at the inlet of the arranged wastewater treatment device.The comparative experimental results show that using the designed method for wastewater treatment,the pollutant content in the treated wastewater can reach the emission standard limit,that is,achieve purification treatment,and meet the practical application needs.
