摘要
详细阐述了 QT600-5材料的化学成分设计、铸造工艺优化以及灌浆套筒的结构设计,并进行了相关的试验验证.通过调整其化学成分,优化浇注系统,选用不同芯撑的铸造工艺,实现了全灌浆套筒接头的批量铸造生产,研究成果为全灌浆套筒接头的铸造生产提供了有力的技术支持.
Abstract
This article elaborates on the chemical composition design,casting process optimization,and structural design of the grouting sleeve of QT600-5 material,and conducts relevant experimental verification.By adjusting its chemical composition,optimizing the pouring system,and selecting casting processes with different core supports,batch casting production of fully grouted sleeve joints has been achieved.The research results provide strong technical support for the casting production of fully grouted sleeve joints.
