富氧除铁工艺技术研究与应用

除铁工序作为丹霞冶炼厂氧压浸出新工艺流程上承上启下的关键一环,采用高效、稳定的除铁净化工艺非常重要.为加快除铁工序反应进程及除锗需要,需要消耗大量硫酸铜作为辅助添加剂,而大量使用硫酸铜将增加工厂的生产成本.为适应产能扩张的要求,对富氧除铁工艺流程和技术手段进行优化与提升.通过系统分析氧压浸出-针铁矿法除铁工艺流程及应用,提出高浓度杂质溶液处理中引入富氧的方法,并替代传统压缩空气作为反应气体,从而提高反应速率与中和剂利用率,优化能耗配置,降低反应过程对硫酸铜的依赖.
Research and Application of Oxygen Enriched Iron Removal Process Technology
The iron removal process is a crucial link in the oxygen pressure leaching process of Danxia Smelter,and it is very important to adopt an efficient and stable iron removal purification process.To accelerate the reaction process of iron removal and germanium removal,a large amount of copper sulfate needs to be consumed as an auxiliary additive,and the extensive use of copper sulfate will increase the production cost of the factory.To meet the requirements of capacity expansion,it is necessary to optimize and improve the oxygen enriched iron removal process and technical means.By systematically analyzing the process flow and application of oxygen pressure leaching needle iron ore method for iron removal,this paper proposes how to introduce oxygen enrichment in the treatment of high concentration impurity solutions and replace traditional compressed air as the reaction gas,thereby improving the reaction rate and neutralizing agent utilization rate,optimizing energy consumption configuration,and reducing the dependence of the reaction process on copper sulfate.
