The Optimization and Application of Four Rope Double Valve Heavy Grab Technology in Iron Fine Ore
Iron sinter in metallurgical industry is mainly iron concentrate powder,and a large amount of material is used.At present,20 t double-bridge grab crane is an important equipment for feeding,4M3 grab use strength.From the traditional four-rope double-valve grab construction,the technical optimization and improvement measures and manufacturing requirements of the key parts of the grab construction are expounded.This method can improve the stability and reliability of the four-rope double-valve heavy grab,greatly reduce the failure rate of the production process,so as to effectively improve the operation rate of the grab.
