摘要

压紧系统导向支撑件是相关组件重要部件,是阻流塞组件和二次源组件在反应堆内落棒时承受落棒力的主要部件.目前压紧系统导向支撑件加工工艺为对机械加工完成的各部件进行焊接,焊接后各部件强度能满足使用需求.为提升压紧系统导向支撑件强度,针对压紧系统导向支撑件结构特点,详细介绍了一种压紧系统导向支撑件精密铸造技术,对于类似产品部件加工有一定参考价值.

Abstract

The guide support of the compression system is an important part of the related components,and it is the main component of the choke plug assembly and the secondary source component to bear the rod falling force when the rod is dropped in the reactor.In order to improve the strength of the guide support of the hold-down system,this paper introduces in detail a precision casting technology of the guide support of the hold-down system according to the structural characteristics of the guide support of the hold-down system,which has a certain reference value for the processing of similar product parts.
