目前,随着钢铁冶炼技术的不断进步,高炉煤气及转炉煤气富裕量逐渐增加,富裕煤气全部应用于发电,成为降本增效的重要途径.同时,随着当前环保排放要求的逐步提升,燃气锅炉的烟气脱硫脱硝已成为必不可少的附属设施.当前,锅炉脱硫工艺主要为SDS干法脱硫,脱硫副产物随着烟气流速的降低在尾部烟道大量沉积,造成烟道通流面积减小,使引风机负荷增加,严重时,可造成锅炉炉膛负压不足,无法满负荷运行,烟道内积灰严重时,甚至威胁烟道承重安全,造成重大安全事故.因此,解决烟道积灰问题成为保证锅炉稳定及安全运行的关键.
Application and Research of Automatic Ash Cleaning Device in Gas Boiler Flue
Currently,with the continuous advancement of steel smelting technology,the surplus of blast furnace gas and converter gas is gradually increasing,and all surplus gas is used for power generation,becoming an important way to reduce costs and increase efficiency.Meanwhile,with the gradual improvement of current environmental emission requirements,flue gas desulfurization and denitrification of gas boilers have become essential ancillary facilities.At present,the main desulfurization process for boilers is SDS dry desulfurization.The by-products of desulfurization deposit heavily in the tail flue with the decrease of flue gas flow rate,resulting in a decrease in the flow area of the flue and an increase in the load of the induced draft fan.In severe cases,it can cause insufficient negative pressure in the boiler furnace,making it unable to operate at full load.In severe cases,ash accumulation in the flue can even threaten the load-bearing safety of the flue and cause major safety accidents.Therefore,solving the problem of flue ash accumulation has become the key to ensuring the stable and safe operation of boilers.
