Research on Desulfurization and Denitrification Technology of Ammonia Complex Method for Sintering Flue Gas in Steel Metallurgy
In order to improve the removal efficiency of desulfurization and denitrification of sintering flue gas in steel metallurgy,research has been carried out on the desulfurization and denitrification technology of sintering flue gas in steel metallurgy using ammonia complexation method.Carefully selecting desulfurization and denitrification instruments and equipment,constructing an efficient flue gas treatment device that integrates the dual advantages of ammonia based desulfurization and ammonia based denitrification.The research aims to achieve a significant improvement in desulfurization and denitrification efficiency by optimizing reaction conditions and mechanisms.Case studies have shown that the new desulfurization and denitrification technology has increased the removal efficiency to over 98%,verifying its practical feasibility and high efficiency in the field of steel metallurgy,and providing new ideas and technical support for industrial flue gas purification.
