摘要
广东某用户130t电站锅炉发生水冷壁爆管,在现场取样进行化学成分分析、微观金相分析、力学性能分析和爆管壁厚分析,找出20G钢管爆管失效的原因是由于高温过热导致,并提出了相应的改进措施,有利于延长20G钢管使用寿命,确保锅炉安全运行.
Abstract
A 130 ton power plant boiler in Guangdong experienced a water-cooled wall burst.Samples were taken on site for chemical composition analysis,microscopic metallographic analysis,mechanical performance analysis,and burst wall thickness analysis.The reason for the failure of the 20G steel pipe burst was found to be due to high temperature overheating,and corresponding improvement measures were proposed to extend the service life of the 20G steel pipe and ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
