摘要
目前,钢材市场在多种因素的交织影响下呈现出复杂多变的态势,钢铁企业生产经营面临巨大的挑战,降本增效成为企业生存和发展的必然选择.在炉况稳定顺行的基础上,从原燃料入手,通过加强原燃料管理,优化炉料结构,加强生产管理,不断降低生铁成本,提高企业的竞争力.
Abstract
Currently,the steel market presents a complex and ever-changing situation under the intertwined influence of various factors,and steel enterprises face enormous challenges in production and operation.Cost reduction and efficiency improvement have become inevitable choices for the survival and development of enterprises.On the basis of stable and smooth furnace conditions,starting from raw materials,by strengthening raw material management,optimizing furnace charge structure,enhancing production management,pig iron costs are continuously reduced,improving the competitiveness of the enterprise.
