摘要
炼铁厂2号脱硫塔除雾器运行过程中压差持续升高,烟囱出口下"石膏雨",对烧结机系统的正常生产和周围环境造成很大影响.针对压差问题,从工艺参数操作、设备运行情况等方面进行研究分析,制定出相应的解决方案措施,确保脱硫塔设备稳定顺行.
Abstract
The pressure difference of the mist eliminator of No.2 desulphurization tower in ironmaking plant increases continuously during operation,and"Gypsum Rain"under the chimney outlet has a great effect on the normal production of the sintering machine system and the surrounding environment.In view of the pressure difference,this paper studies and analyzes the operation of the process parameters and the operation of the equipment,and formulates the solution measures to ensure the stable and smooth running of the desulphurization tower equipment.
