2020-2022年,铜矿峪矿在开展"水压致裂矿岩预处理技术应用研究"科研项目时,发生多次顶钻事故,造成了设备损坏和工程延期,极大地影响了项目的顺利推进.基于水压致裂破岩技术工作原理,分析了顶钻事故产生的原因,通过总结处理经验,提出了预防措施,可为以后的水压致裂工作提供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
From 2020 to 2022,during the research project on the application of hydraulic fracturing rock pretreatment technology in Tongkuangyu mine,multiple top drilling accidents occurred,causing equipment damage and project delays,greatly affecting the smooth progress of the project.Based on the working principle of hydraulic fracturing and rock breaking technology,the causes of top drilling accidents were analyzed.By summarizing the handling experience,preventive measures were proposed,which can provide reference and inspiration for future hydraulic fracturing work.
