Optimization and Production Practice of Electroslag Remelting and Shrinkage Repair Process for Mold Steel
During the process of smelting near the end of the electric slag furnace,it is necessary to carry out shrinkage filling technology at the riser of the electric slag ingot.Different degrees of defects may occur during the shrinkage filling process.In order to avoid defects such as central looseness,bright core,and cracks as much as possible,targeted research and development activities need to be carried out for different types of electric slag ingots.Therefore,this process plays a crucial role in improving the internal quality of the product.
