摘要
拉矫机在炼钢连铸工艺生产中的应用非常广泛,其运行稳定性直接关系到整个生产工序的运行,出现严重故障时会导致重大安全事故,鉴于此,简要分析了拉矫机在炼钢连铸生产工艺中的应用,并对生产中常出现的故障原因进行分析,并采取合理的控制措施,提高生产效率.
Abstract
The application of straightening machine in steelmaking and continuous casting process is very extensive,whose operation stability directly affects the operation of the entire production process and can lead to major safety accidents in severe cases.This article briefly analyzes the application of straightening machines in steelmaking and continuous casting production processes,and analyzes the causes of common failures in production.Reasonable control measures are taken to improve production efficiency.
