摘要
单辊破碎机是烧结生产工艺流程中的重要设备,在生产过程中长期受高温、冲击等环境因素的影响,设备故障频发,针对此问题,具体分析故障产生原因,并对单辊系统进行了一系列的优化改造,经改造后的单辊系统运行状况良好,效果显著.
Abstract
The single roll crusher is an important equipment in the sintering production process.It is often affected by environmental factors such as high temperature and impact during the production process,resulting in frequent equipment failures.In response to this problem,the causes of the failures were analyzed in detail,and a series of optimization improvements were made to the single roll system.After the improvement,the single roll system operated well and achieved significant results.
