The research of remperature effects on the 500 kV united framework of substation
Based on a practical substation project,the temperature effects on the 500 kV HGIS united framework were calculated and analyzed. Respectively,as the structural members,beams and columns were studied in detail,not only to identify qualitatively the key components which withstand temperature effect,and analyze quantitatively the axial force ratio between the combined load case including temperature effect and the combined load case including high wind. The results of this paper provide a foundation for the analysis and conceptual design of the united frame-work in the future.
