Research on the redivision of same functional areas in old residential communities based on spatial characteristics
The living environment in old residential areas may become outdated and unsafe due to years of disrepair.Re-classification research can help improve the infrastructure such as greenery,lighting,and transportation in residential are-as,and enhance residents′living comfort and sense of security.Therefore,this study analyzed the spatial characteristics of old residential communities.Based on this,a model for redividing old residential communities into functional areas was constructed with air quality,noise level,transportation convenience,and green coverage as objective functions,combined with objective weights.Introduce immune mechanisms to improve the immune particle swarm algorithm and solve the mod-el.The results of the case analysis show that the utilization rate of the same functional area has significantly increased after the application of the research method.This method can fully utilize the existing spatial resources in the community,im-prove space utilization and reduce resource waste through reasonable layout and functional integration.
