为了提高粉质黏土和全风化、强风化粉砂岩地层中变径抗浮锚杆的成孔工效,对长螺旋钻机进行了改进,使其具有送风功能,开发了长螺旋钻机引孔接力高压旋喷钻机扩孔下变径抗浮锚杆成孔关键技术,并提出了相应的施工参数.采用关键技术和施工参数,保证变径抗浮锚杆抗拔力达到设计要求外,与单一高压旋喷钻机进行变径抗浮锚杆成孔的常规工艺相比,减少了13%的工期.鉴于粉质黏土和全风化、强风化粉砂岩地层中,高压送风长螺旋钻机引孔时会产生扬尘,开发了配套的降尘结构,消除了扬尘引起的环境问题及对作业人员的危害,实现了绿色施工.
Key technology for efficient and green drilling of variable diameter anchor against uplift in silty clay and weathered siltstone
In order to increase the drilling efficiency of variable diameter anchor against uplift in silty clay and fully and strongly weathered siltstone,the long spiral drilling machine was improved to provide air supply,the key technology for forming hole of variable diameter anchor against uplift was developed with the high-pressure rotary jet drilling machine for expanding hole after guiding hole of the long spiral drilling machine,and construction parameters were proposed.Based on the key technology and parameters,in addition to ensure that the anti-pull force meets the design requirement,time of construction technology of the high-pressure rotary jet drilling machine for expanding hole after guiding hole of the long spi-ral drilling machine is 13%less than that of construction technology of the conventional high-pressure rotary jet drilling machine.In view of dust generated by the long spiral drilling machine of high-pressure air supply,the dust reduction structure was developed to eliminate environmental problem and harm to the operators caused by dust so as to achieve green construction.
