京九铁路深大抗滑桩建造关键技术

以京九铁路K2038+700—K2038+800 古滑坡为例,设计采用深大抗滑桩和地下疏干排水系统(集水井+环形新型排水管+集水管)的综合整治措施,为解决建造过程中可能出现的涌水突泥、护壁开裂等病害,施工时采用小导管超前注浆、滑动带护壁加强、井点降水等关键建造技术,结合建造过程中的监控量测关键技术,安全高效地完成了深大抗滑桩的建造,为铁路施工中存在类似深大抗滑桩的建造提供了可借鉴的工程经验.
On key construction techniques of deep seated slide-resistant pile along Beijing-Kowloon Railway
With the example of K2038+700—K2038+800 fossil landslide along Beijing-Kowloon Railway,the paper is designed to adopt the integrated harnessing measures with the deep seated slide-resistant pile and underground drainage by desiccation system,applies some key construction techniques,including the advanced small pipe grouting,the reinforce-ment of abutment at slip zonesand well point dewatering to solve the possible diseases such as water-mud bursting and cracks on abutments in the construction process,and illustrates the construction of the deep seat slide-resistant pile can be completed safely and efficiently by combining with the key technique of the monitoring measurement,so as to provide some engineering experience for the construction of the similar deep seated slide-resistant piles in the railway construction.
