On Aiming at the cracking of retaining wall and deformation of side ditch of a cutting point during the operation of a railway,this paper uses comprehensive means such as engineering geological survey,exploration and laboratory test to find out the spatial form of the landslide.At the same time,an analysis was conducted on the causes of the disease,and the shear resistance index of the sliding surface was determined based on comparative inversion parameters and indoor test parameters,evaluating the stability of the working point.According to the four principles of disease treatment,combined with the emergency treatment measures for earthwork excavation unloading,two treatment schemes are formulated:first,large excavation unloading of slope earthwork+locally anchor pile+frame anchor bolt+upslope drainage hole;second,partial excavation unloading of slope earthwork+anti-slide pile+frame anchor bolt+upslope drainage hole.After scheme comparison and selection,it is determined to use the first scheme,after the site implementation,the remediation effect is good.
