The current national policy to coordinate the adjustment of industrial structure,with the concerted efforts to pro-mote ecological pollution reduction,ecological protection of the construction of beautiful China,along with the develop-ment trend of the construction industry green,intelligent,industrialized,the transformation and upgrading of China's construction needs to cultivate a large number of new construction professionals.As the reservoir of talent demand in the industry,private colleges and universities should reconstruct the talent training system based on the changing trend of the industry and the new demand of talents from enterprises,so as to strengthen the new knowledge and lay a new foundation on the one hand,and establish a talent training mechanism that strengthens the practice of training people on the other hand.
