Practice of retaining and protection for unclosed excavations adjacent to urban rail transit special reserve under construction
The north side of the excavation is only 1.9 m away from the special protection zone of urban rail transit R2 line under construction in Jinan. The support structure is strictly forbidden to enter the special protection zone. The layout of support piles and water stop piles must be realized in this limited space. Therefore, the conventional pile anchor support system in Jinan is difficult to apply. The south side of the excavation is the residential plot excavation excavated to the bot-tom first.Because the slope support is adopted near the side of the excavation, the opening of the excavation is formed in the south side, which is difficult to meet the requirements of supporting fulcrum setting.By setting a special supporting force transfer structure as a support at the side of the residential plot, the problem of supporting fulcrum setting is solved, and the actual use area of the basement is increased, making this excavation the first two-story deep excavation supported by steel pipes at the side of the special protection zone of line R2.While ensuring the safety of the excavation itself,it meets the construction control requirements of line R2.
