Optimization calculation and application research of prefabricated concrete pavement slab
The use of prefabricated concrete pavement slabs as temporary road pavement offers both economic and environ-mental advantages.Using the absence of fatigue fracture as the design criterion and the absence of ultimate fracture as the verification standard,optimization analyses and calculations were performed focusing on pivotal parameters,such as slab thickness,arrangement of steel reinforcing bar,and concrete strength grade,to ascertain the most suitable dimensions and material specifications for the prefabricated concrete temporary pavement slabs.Besides,the benefits of employing prefab-ricated concrete pavement slabs in road construction and maintenance projects were discussed.Based on actual engineering application,specific construction techniques and key processes are outlined,leading to significant enhancements in con-struction efficiency,pavement quality,and economic benefits,achieving the goals of ensuring safety,reliability,cost-ef-fectiveness,and environmental protection.
