Study on environmental vibration caused by vehicle running on viaduct
With the rapid development of high-tech industry, the requirements for product quality in precision engineering structures are increasing day by day, among which micro-vibration control has become a key factor. In this study,a de-tailed field test and analysis were carried out for the construction project of a chip plant in Xi'an,considering the possible micro-vibration impact of the surrounding highway viaduct on the proposed site.By arranging the measuring points,high-sensitivity vibration sensors and data acquisition systems are used to record the vibration velocity in the north-south,east-west and vertical directions. The test results show that the micro-vibration level of the highway viaduct is between VC-D~VC-C.This study provides a scientific basis for the site selection and vibration isolation design of chip workshops, and has reference significance for the anti-micro-vibration design of similar precision engineering structures.
