摘要

结合公司近几年生产制造的大跨度钢混组合梁斜拉桥钢锚梁结构,以禹门口黄河大桥为例,介绍了钢锚梁结构组成,分析了大跨度钢混组合梁斜拉桥钢锚梁制造重难点,针对该项目钢锚梁结构复杂、熔透焊缝多的特点,论述了大跨度钢混组合梁斜拉桥钢锚梁的制造关键技术,解决了加工制造过程中焊接变形及尺寸精度控制等诸多技术难题.

Abstract

Combining with the steel anchor beam structure of large-span steel-concrete composite cable-stayed bridge pro-duced and manufactured by the company in recent years,taking Yumenkou Yellow River Bridge as an example,this paper introduces the composition of steel anchor beam structure,analyzes the key and difficult points of steel anchor beam manu-facturing of large-span steel-concrete composite cable-stayed bridge,and discusses the key manufacturing technologies of steel anchor beams of long-span steel-concrete composite cable-stayed bridges in view of the complex structure and multiple fusion welds characteristic of steel anchor beam in this project,it solves the welding deformation,dimensional accuracy control and other many technical problems in the processing and manufacturing process.
