Liao River is rich in natural resources and bright cultural resources.It is an important measure to promote the comprehensive revitalization of northeast China to explore the cultural value,promote the protection and inheritance of the cultural heritage,and promote the construction of the Liaohe cultural industry belt.This study from the method of time,space,through positioning,area,fixed system thinking,step by step of liaohe Liaoning section of natural resources and human resources to integrate,build cultural heritage landscape system,and put forward the specific construction strategy,in order to provide new ideas for the protection and development of Liao River,also for the related linear cultural heritage research ideas and research methods.
