Syntactic analysis of spatial construction time in the Kolomba Museum
Based on the theory of spatial syntax, this paper analyses Peter Stemto's work, the Kolomba Museum, using Depthmap software, which confirms Peter Stemto's attempts to use space to outline the past, present, and future of the building,as well as discussing and researching space from the dimension of time. The syntactic analysis shows that the twists and turns and dislocations brought about by the changes in the space of the Kolumba Museum guide the visitor's sight and action, unifying the architectural remains, the art exhibits and the history of the city, and using the space to construct an authentic history.
