An ultra-deep excavation in the soft soil of interactive marine and terrestrial deposit in Zhuhai is taken as an ex-ample.The optimization design concepts for excavation supporting engineering,"truncation-dewatering-recharge coopera-tive control","asymmetric biwing construction trestle platform"and"asymmetric support force transfer frame column"are put forward.According to the engineering geological conditions and construction deployment,a variety of retaining struc-tures such as unloading reduction,SMW pile,soldier pile wall and reinforced concrete strut are adopted.And in terms of optimizing the design of groundwater control,earthwork excavation and asymmetric support replacement,reasonable plane combination and spatial combination are carried out for the support structure.It not only ensures the safety of retaining structures and surrounding environment,but also achieves rapid excavation and transportation of earthwork and convenient construction of the basement.It may provide a good reference for other similar projects.
