Since the initiation of reform and opening-up policies,China's construction industry has made substantial pro-gress,owing much to the robust growth of the socio-economy and the rising standards of urbanization.Prefabricated con-struction has become an innovative form within the construction sector.This paper utilizes the Shanghai Public Security Bureau's Operational Technology Building project(on Chenhang Highway)as a case study to delve into technological in-novations in the construction of prefabricated buildings.It examines various aspects such as surveying and layout,hoisting operations,concrete construction,grouting sleeves and green construction.The paper also proposes quality assurance measures,offering insightful references for the development of similar projects in the future.
