By analyzing and studying the factors affecting the cost of large-scale earthwork projects,analyzes the main risks and difficulties in the cost control process of large-scale earthwork projects,this paper reveals the difficult position it faces in cost control,and puts forward the corresponding control countermeasures,to better deal with earth-rock engineer-ing cost control risks and challenges,it provides feasible suggestions and practical guidance for the cost control and risk management of large earthwork projects,and improves the operation efficiency and economic benefit of the projects.
