Numerical simulation on effect of sleeve grouting defects of precast concrete columns
In order to study the effects of grouting defects on the seismic behavior of precast concrete columns connected with grouted sleeves, which are widely used at present,a refined numerical analysis model of grouting defect locations was established in OpenSees by using fiber model and truss element.By comparing with the test results in the literature, the hysteretic characteristics of the prefabricated concrete columns and the contributions of steel bars and concrete were ana-lyzed.On this basis,a two-dimensional portal frame model was established to study the different responses of cast-in-place reinforced concrete columns and defective precast concrete columns under earthquake action. The results show that this numerical analysis model has certain rationality and can more accurately reflect the impact of sleeve grouting defects on the seismic performance of precast concrete columns;Through the numerical analysis of the two-dimensional portal frame,it can be seen that the sleeve grouting defects reduce the energy dissipation capacity of prefabricated concrete columns and intensify the displacement response of the structure.
