工业建构筑物振动响应分析及控制措施研究现状

工业建筑在动力设备运行扰动下易引发局部或整体振动问题,在对结构安全造成威胁的同时,也对现场作业人员的身心健康造成严重影响.针对不同类型的工业建筑,结合振动检测技术分析建筑动力特性,采用经济高效的振动控制措施将振动指标控制在规范限值以内,是解决工业建筑振动问题的有效措施.文中从输煤栈桥、转运站、选煤厂房、泵站等典型工业建构筑物的结构特点和工作特点出发,归纳了国内工业建筑在实际工程案例中的振动问题,对比分析了国内外的结构振动容许标准和人体暴露在振动环境下的容许标准,梳理了当前常用的振动测试方法及分析方法,最终概括了振动控制的基本原则和可施行的振动控制措施,为工业建筑设备振动控制及其未来技术发展提供参考.
Discussion on the research status of vibration response analysis and control measures of industrial buildings
It is easy to cause local or global vibration problems in industrial buildings under the disturbance of power equipment operation,which not only threatens the structural safety,but also seriously affects the physical and mental health of on-site workers.For different types of industrial buildings,combining vibration detection technology to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the building,and using economic and efficient vibration control measures to control the vi-bration index within the standard limit is an effective measure to solve the vibration problem of industrial buildings.Start-ing from the structural characteristics and working characteristics of typical industrial buildings such as trestle,transfer station,coal preparation plant house and pumping station,this paper summarizes the vibration problems of domestic indus-trial buildings in actual engineering cases,compares and analyzes the tolerance standards of structural vibration and the tolerance standards of human body exposure to vibration environment at home and abroad,and summarizes the currently commonly used vibration test methods and analysis methods.Finally,the basic principles of vibration control and practical vibration control measures are summarized,which provides reference for the vibration control of industrial building equip-ment and its future technical development.
