摘要
在青岛市东岸城区新一轮城市高质量更新背景下,为了使废弃的老旧厂区耐火材料厂转变成为传承工业文化、彰显城市特色、激发区域发展潜力的新场所,通过现状分析和政策引导,从赋予创新功能激发场地活力、传承建筑风貌延续工业文化、将生态修复融入公园城市建设体系提出三方面的改造策略.并从道路结构、建筑重生、景观小品、土壤修复、植被种植五个层面对规划设计方案进行了解析.以期将该工业遗产改造为多元化整合的文化创意产业园,并为类似城市工业遗存的改造提供一定的借鉴价值.
Abstract
Under the background of a new round of high-quality urban renewal in the eastern coastal urban area of Qingd-ao,in order to transform the refractory material factory into a new place that inherits industrial culture,highlights urban characteristics,and stimulates regional development potential,propose three transformation strategies:stimulating site vi-tality by innovative functions,inheriting architectural styles to continue industrial culture,and conducting ecological resto-ration to integrate into the urban park construction system.It also analyzes the design plan from five aspects:road struc-ture,building rejuvenation,landscape sketches,soil restoration,and vegetation planting.It is expected to transform the industrial site into a diversified and integrated cultural and creative industrial park,and providing certain reference value for the transformation of similar urban industrial relics.
