Research on the strength and water stability of slag-fly ash-engineering waste soil polymer grouting materials
Develop a geopolymer grouting material with industrial waste and engineering waste soil as the main raw materi-als to reduce the impact of traditional grouting materials on the environment.Through a single variable control experiment, the optimal ratio of geopolymer cementitious materials was determined to be slag∶fly ash=7∶3,alkali activator alkalinity=10%,and alkali activator modulus=1.3.By mixing this cementitious material with sandy clay in Shenzhen and conduc-ting orthogonal experiments, the optimal ratio of geopolymer grouting material was determined to be soil cement ratio of 5∶5,hydrated lime content of 4.5%,and water solid ratio of 0.26.The material under this ratio has a main strength growth period of 0~7 days under standard curing conditions, and the 7-day strength accounts for 90%of the final strength.Water stability analysis shows that when the soil cement ratio is less than or equal to 6∶4,the water stability co-efficient is above 100%.
