废食用油再生沥青及沥青混合料的路用性能研究

为了恢复老化沥青的性能,促进RAP的高质量再生利用.文章以废食用油补充老化沥青中的轻质组分,对老化沥青进行再生,系统研究废食用油掺量对再生沥青基本路用性能的影响规律,确定适宜的掺量,并通过试验研究废食用油再生沥青混合料的路用性能.试验结果表明:再生沥青的针入度和延度随着废食用油掺量的增大而增大,软化点和黏度随着废食用油掺量的增大而减小,废食用油的最佳掺量约为10%.当RAP掺量不超过 50%时,废食用油再生沥青混合料的各项路用性能符合规范要求.
Study on road performance of waste cooking oil regenerated asphalt and recycled asphalt mixture
In order to recover the properties of aged asphalt and promote the high-quality recycling of RAP,the aged as-phalt was regenerated by using waste cooking oil to supplement the light component of aged asphalt,the influence of waste cooking oil on the basic road performance of regenerated asphalt and recycled asphalt mixture were systematically studied,and the suitable amount of waste cooking oil is determined.The test results show that the penetration and ductility of the regenerated asphalt increased with the increase of the waste cooking oil content,while the softening point and viscosity de-creased with the increase of the waste cooking oil content.The optimum amount of waste cooking oil is about 10%.The road performance of waste cooking oil recycled asphalt mixture meets the requirements of the code when the content of RAP is less than 50%.
