摘要
针对城市面临雨水排水不畅、径流污染、内涝灾害频繁发生的情况,结合某工业项目,提出了海绵城市的理念,并对各汇水分区的现状、技术适应性及布局、径流组织做了深入分析,介绍了海绵城市的设施布局及措施,实践证明,海绵城市的应用实现了源头雨水尽可能的在厂区内消纳,减少外排的效果.
Abstract
In face of poor rainwater drainage,runoff pollution and frequent waterlogging disasters in cities,combining with the industrial project,the paper puts forward the concept of sponge city,analyzes each catchment area status,technical a-daptability,layout and runoff organization,and then introduces facilities layout and measures of sponge city.Practice proves that:the application of sponge city guarantees the source rainwater can be absorbed in the factory as much as possi-ble and reduce the effusion as well.
