市政沥青道路基层补丁式更新施工探索

沥青混凝土路面作为城市道路常见的路面类型,目前已进入大规模的更新期,因施工、使用、养护、基层、路基、地质等的影响因素众多,普遍存在难以由道路面层状况直接确认道路病害的主因;在沥青道路更新施工前采取实证探因的方法探析病害因素、等级及相应的处理方式,可以提高沥青道路更新质量和减少投资.以某道路沥青路面的更新为例,探讨沥青路面更新中的通过施工与设计的有效结合,在投资限额下,采用基层补丁式的生态化、精细化的更新方式,达到道路更新质量提升目标的最优解,并为相应的沥青道路更新项目提供有益的参考.
Exploration and practice of patched renewal construction of asphalt pavement base of municipal road
The tarmac road surface is a common type of road surface in the city.At present,it has entered a large-scale renovation and maintenance period,in order to improve the quality of road renewal,reduce the maintenance of the existing factors still affect the use of the road;It is difficult to directly identify the main cause of the disease due to the many fac-tors affecting the construction,use,maintenance and roadbed of the road,and there are different degrees of disease on the road Tarmac and pavement,it is necessary to combine the actual disease,traffic,geology,design and investment of road surface to avoid blind maintenance and construction,therefore.Theimplemention of effective and reasonable preliminary word is the primary problem of project construction.Taking the renewal of asphalt pavement of a certain road as an exam-ple,this paper discusses the effective combination of the earlier construction stage and the design of the renewal of asphalt pavement,and under the investment limit,adopts the patched ecological and fine renewal method,to achieve the optimal solution of project quality objectives,and provide useful reference for other relevant projects.
