摘要
以成都轨道交通13 号线盾构区间隧道下穿既有铁路为工程依托,针对现有地层沉降不满足既有铁路沉降控制标准问题,对同步注浆材料配比进行优化研究,确定了本工程施工中同步注浆材料的最佳配比,并通过数值模拟和现场试验的方法对材料配比优化的有效性进行验证.研究结果表明:采用该种同步注浆浆液,初凝时间缩短了 125 min,7 d抗压强度提高了0.055 MPa,泌水率降低了1.0%;数值计算和现场试验结果一致,采用同步注浆材料优化后配比在一定程度上可以有效控制地层沉降,满足铁路路基沉降控制标准.
Abstract
Based on the shield tunneling under the existing railway of Chengdu Metro Line 13,this project aims to opti-mize the ratio of synchronous grouting materials in order to address the issue of existing ground settlement not meeting the control standards for railway settlement.The optimal ratio of synchronous grouting materials during construction was deter-mined,and the effectiveness of material ratio optimization was verified through numerical simulation and on-site testing.The research results show that using this synchronous grouting slurry,the initial setting time was shortened by 125 mi-nutes,the compressive strength increased by 0.055 MPa after 7 days,and the bleeding rate decreased by 1.0%;The nu-merical calculation and on-site test results are consistent,and the optimized mix ratio using synchronous grouting materials can effectively control ground settlement to a certain extent,meeting the standards for railway subgrade settlement control.
