Research on enhanced lateral connection technology of small box girder bridge
In order to enhance the lateral integrity of the small box girder bridge,a new type of perforated diaphragm structure is proposed in this paper.Through the scale test, numerical simulation, the effects of the structure of different diaphragms and the damage conditions of different joints on the lateral distribution of the load, the positive stress and the lateral stiffness of the roof are analyzed. The study shows that the lateral distribution of the load is more uniform when the new structure is adopted, which can effectively increase the lateral integrity of the small box girder bridge and have a stronger resistance to the joint disease.Under the load of the side beam, the slope of the new structural load is reduced by about 11.4%.At the same time, when the three joints are damaged at the same time, the increment of the load ratio of the side beams is reduced by about 37.4%.Under the action of concentrated load, the stress concentration can be re-duced by up to 44.0%,and the lateral displacement is reduced by about 26%under the action of lateral load.Under the action of moving load, the maximum increment of two adjacent two points deflection is about 37.7%lower than that of the traditional structure.
