摘要
以重庆东站站东路栈桥的搭设工艺为例,探究了栈桥搭设的施工工艺与安装工艺技术.从基础浇筑、钢管柱的运输和施工、桩顶处理、柱间单片桁架支撑、门架主梁安装、承重纵梁安装、预先拼装桥面路基板并吊装、附属设施施工等步骤进行全面阐述,并通过规范与数值模拟进行施工验算,该栈桥搭设的成功实施为同类项目提供技术参考和经验总结.
Abstract
Taking the construction technique of the Dong Station East Road trestle in Chongqing as an example,this study explored the construction and installation technology of trestle erection.It comprehensively describes the steps including foundation casting,transportation and construction of steel tubular columns,pile cap treatment,single-piece truss support between columns,portal frame main beam installation,bearing longitudinal beam installation,pre-assembly and hoisting of bridge deck base plates,and construction of ancillary facilities,and finally,the construction verification was passed through standards and numerical simulation.The successful implementation of the construction of this trestle bridge pro-vides technical references and experience summaries for similar projects.
