城市三维模型快速构建关键技术研究

城市三维模型是智慧城市建设的基础,传统的城市三维模型构建过程复杂且耗时,需要花费大量的时间和人力,而且在构建过程中,没有很好地利用已有基础地理信息数据.对此,基于已有基础地理信息数据,经过预处理后作为三维模型的底面数据,结合DEM和激光点云数据获取三维模型的底面高程、建筑高度和建筑物顶部形态等信息,根据定义的规则文件,在挂接通用纹理后快速批量构建三维模型.结果表明,三维模型快速构建法能有效利用已有的数据资源,显著提高三维模型的建模效率.
Research on rapid construction technology of urban 3 D model
Urban 3D model is the foundation of smart city construction.In the traditional construction process of urban 3D model,the modeling operation is relatively complex,which needs a lot of time and manpower.Moreover,in the construc-tion process,the existing basic geographic information data is not well used,resulting in a waste of data resources.In this paper,the existing basic geographic information data are preprocessed as the base surface data of the 3D model,and the base elevation,building height and building top shape of the 3D model are obtained based on DEM and laser point cloud data.By defining the rule file,the 3D model is constructed in batches after applying the general texture,and the results show that this method can effectively utilize the existing data and greatly improve the efficiency of 3D model modeling.
