摘要

随着智慧城市的兴起,公共服务领域逐渐向数字化、智能化转型,推动了服务平台界面设计的变革.文中首先概述了用户中心设计(UCD)方法论,探讨了其在智慧城市公共服务系统中的应用及价值.继而分析了系统界面设计的需求,包括适配多样化用户群体、简化操作流程、提高交互效率以及实现响应式设计等关键要素.重点讨论了界面布局的设计风格与页面结构布局.最后深入探讨了界面功能设计,具体包括主动功能和被动功能的设计方案,旨在通过智能化的交互和服务推荐提升平台的便捷性与高效性.

Abstract

With the rise of smart cities,the public service field has gradually transformed to digital and intelligent,which has promoted the change of service platform interface design.This paper first summarizes the methodology of User Center Design(UCD),and discusses its application and value in smart city public service system.Then the requirements of sys-tem interface design are analyzed,including the key elements such as adapting diverse user groups,simplifying operation flow,improving interaction efficiency and realizing responsive design.The design style of interface layout and page struc-ture layout are discussed.Finally,the design of interface function is discussed in depth,including the design scheme of active function and passive function,aiming to improve the convenience and efficiency of the platform through intelligent interaction and service recommendation.
